Well, we are on day 725 of vacuuming water out of our basement. (okay, that might be rounded up) ;) We had so much rain in July and it just has nowhere to go, so it’s finding its way into a lot of basements – ours included. Today has been bright and sunny, and I am SO thankful. There is more rain in the forecast, but only slight chances of it – so maybe it won’t even come. That would be okay!

This is Eli helping in the basement – kind of makes the water seem less bad. Especially since he’s in his pj’s. Cute stuff! Hmm – where are our older boys??
